📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended
📚 Shipping Time
Books (Shipped Individually):
Books may ship directly from our distribution partners. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Curated Boxes & Specialty Orders:
Curated boxes are assembled with care and may take 5–7 business days to prepare before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
📬 Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
This is completely normal—no need to worry if everything doesn’t arrive together.
📍 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
📦 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Alice & William Books is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
